The Administrative Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, pursuant to Article 17(1)(10) of the Statute of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency ("Official Gazette" No. 53/12), in conjunction with Article 3(4) of the Rulebook on the Calculation, Amount, and Collection of Fees Payable to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency for 2019 ("Official Gazette" No. 112/18 and 18/19, hereinafter: the Rulebook), at the meeting held on July 9, 2019, adopted

DECISION on the exemption from payment of part of the fee for publishers

I.
Obligors of the fee payment under Article 2(1)(5) of the Rulebook who pay the fee to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency in accordance with Article 7 and Article 17(3) of the Rulebook are fully exempted from paying the fee for the second quarter of 2019.

II.
This Decision enters into force on the day of its adoption and is publicly published on the website of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency.
