DECISION on the exemption from payment of part of the fee for publishers

I.
Obligors of payment of the fee under Article 2, paragraph 1, point 5 of the Rulebook who pay the fee to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency in accordance with Article 7 and Article 17, paragraph 3 of the Rulebook, are fully exempted from payment of the fee for the third quarter of 2019.

II.
This Decision enters into force on the day of its adoption and is publicly published on the website of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency.
