Decision on Issuing Banknotes in Denomination of 500 Denars with Modified Features

Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 50 of 5.3.2019 Pursuant to Articles 25 and 47 paragraph 1 item 20 of the Law on the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 158/10, 123/12, 43/14, 153/15, 6/16 and 83/18), the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia Council adopted the following DECISION ON ISSUING BANKNOTES IN DENOMINATION OF 500 DENARS WITH MODIFIED FEATURES

1. This Decision shall issue banknotes in denomination of 500 denars with modified
   features.
2. Banknotes in denomination of 500 denars have the main features described in the
   Decision on issuing denomination structure and main features of banknotes (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 45/96) and the Decision on issuing and printing banknotes in denominations of 500 and 1000 denars with modified features (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 46/03), with the following modifications:

• In the Decision on issuing denomination structure and main features of banknotes
  (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 45/96) in item 2, the abbreviation: "НБРМ" (NBRM) shall be replaced by the abbreviation: "НБРСМ" (NBRNM).
• In item 2 d) in paragraphs 1 and 2 the words: "Народна банка на Република
  Македонија" (National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia) shall be replaced by the words:
  "Народна банка на Република Северна Македонија" (National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia).

3. This Decision shall enter into force on the eighth day from the day of its publication in
   the Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia.
