Decision on Preliminary Application No. 1820/2025 by TRANSELIT SA and Correction Application No. 1877/2025 regarding annulment of administrative acts
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 55/2 rejecting the preliminary application and time-limit restoration request submitted by insurer IM CIA „TRANSELIT” SA, which sought to annul CNPF administrative decisions No. 49/3 and No. 34/8 concerning the enforcement of a health insurance claims settlement. The Commission determined that the insurer's challenge to Decision No. 49/3 was unfounded because the limitation period defense only applies to the principal Decision No. 34/8, which remained uncontested. Furthermore, the Commission ruled the challenge to Decision No. 34/8 inadmissible as it was filed well beyond the statutory 30-day deadline, and dismissed the request for time-limit restoration due to a lack of valid justification and evidence.
