Pursuant to Article 47 paragraph 1 item 6 of the Law on the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 158/10, 123/12, 43/14, 153/15, 6/16 and 83/18 and Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 110/21) and Article 184 paragraph 7 of the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 90/22), the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia Council has adopted the following DECISION on prescribing the method, the format and the deadline for submitting the data and/or information of the list of the most representative services
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This Decision lays down the method, the format and the deadline for submitting the
data and/or information of the list of the most representative services related to the payment account (hereinafter: most representative services), specified by the Decision on determining the list of the most representative services related to the payment account and the form and the contents of the fee information document and the statement of fees and their common symbols (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 271/22), to the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (hereinafter: the National Bank). - This Decision shall apply to all payment services providers enabling opening,
maintenance and closing of consumers' payment accounts.
II. METHOD, FORMAT AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING AND PUBLISHING THE
DATA AND/OR INFORMATION - Payment services providers shall submit the data and/or information on the fees for
the most representative services and the fee information document, in accordance with Annex 1 of the Decision on determining the list of the most representative services related to the payment account and the form and the contents of the fee information document and the statement of fees and their common symbols (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 271/22), to the National Bank connected electronically according to the Decision on connecting to the information system of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 116/14). - Payment services providers shall submit the data and/or information referred to in item
3 of this Decision within five working days before the date of commencement of their application. - As an exception to item 4 of this Decision, the payment services provider that has been
issued a license for providing payment services for the first time, shall be obliged to submit the data and/or information referred to in item 3 of this Decision after the expiration of six months, counting from the first day in the month in which the license has been issued.

6. Payment services providers shall submit the first data and/or information referred to
in item 3 of this Decision not later than 20 August 2023.
7. On its web site, the National Bank shall publish comparative data by individual payment
services provider on the type and the amount of the fees that the individual payment services providers calculate and charge, for each of the services that are specified as the most representative for the consumers' payment account, on the date of their application, with the exception of the data referred to in item 6 of this Decision, that will be published not later than 30 September 2023.
III. CLOSING PROVISIONS
8. The Governor of the National Bank, with Instructions, shall prescribe the method of
submitting the data and/or information to the National Bank in order to compare the fees of the most representative services related to the payment account. The Instructions referred to in paragraph 1 of this item shall be adopted within one month from the date of entry into force of this Decision.
9. This Decision shall enter into force on the eighth day after the date of its publication
