Decision on putting into circulation of 10‑denar banknotes with modified features

Pursuant to Article 25 paragraphs 1 and 3 and 47 paragraph 1 item 20 of the Law on the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 158/10, 123/12, 43/14, 153/15, 6/16 and 83/18), the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia Council adopted the following DECISION ON PUTTING INTO CIRCULATION OF BANKNOTES IN DENOMINATION OF 10 DENARS WITH MODIFIED FEATURES (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 71/21)

1. This Decision shall put into circulation banknotes in denominations of 10 denars
   bearing the printing sign "April 2020" and with features set in the Decision on issuing and main features of banknotes in denominations of 10 and 50 denars (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 218/16) and the Decision on amending the Decision on issuing and main features of banknotes in denominations of 10 and 50 denars (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 12/17) and the Decision on issuing banknotes in denomination of 10 denars with modified features (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 50/19 and 88/20), starting from 1 April 2021.
2. By putting into circulation the banknotes of item 1 of this Decision in the cash payment
   operations of the Republic of North Macedonia, the banknotes in denomination of 10 denars, issued pursuant to the Decision on issuing and main features of banknotes in denomination of 10 and 50 denars (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 218/16 and 12/17) shall remain in circulation.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the eighth day from the day of its publication in
   the Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia.
