Decision on Putting into Circulation of Banknotes in Denomination of 10 Denars

The decision becomes effective on the eighth day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Pursuant to Article 25 paragraph 1 and 3 and Article 47 paragraph 1 item 20 of the Law on the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 158/10, 123/12, 43/14, 153/15, 6/16 and 83/18 and Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 110/21, 74/24 and 16/25), the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia Council has adopted the following DECISION on putting into circulation of banknotes in denomination of 10 denars

  1. This Decision shall put into circulation banknotes in denominations of 10 denars
    bearing the printing sign "August 2025" and with features set in the Decision on issuing and main features of banknotes in denominations of 10 and 50 denars (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 218/16), the Decision on amending the Decision on issuing and main features of banknotes in denominations of 10 and 50 denars (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 12/17) and the Decision on issuing banknotes in denomination of 10 denars with modified features (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 50/19 and 88/20), starting from 15 October 2025.
  2. Besides the banknotes referred to in item 1 of this Decision, banknotes in denomination
    of 10 denars issued under the Decision on the issue, denomination and basic features of banknotes in denominations of 10 and 50 denars (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 218/ 16 and 12/17) and the Decision on issuing banknotes in denomination of 10 denars with modified features (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 50/19 and 88/20).
  3. This decision shall enter into force on the eighth day of its publication in the Official
    Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia.
