Decision on the Application of Guidelines on the Establishment and Maintenance of National Lists or Registers of Credit Servicers under Directive (EU) 2021/2167
The Bank of Slovenia issued a decision adopting the European Banking Authority's guidelines on establishing and maintaining national registers of credit servicers in accordance with Directive (EU) 2021/2167. This decision mandates the Bank to fully apply these guidelines when exercising supervisory powers over credit servicers under the Act on Purchasers and Servicers of Non-Performing Loans of Banks. Additionally, the Bank is required to establish the national register of credit servicers by December 30, 2024.
