Decision on the Cancellation of the Order of the State Commission for the Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine No. 7153
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine cancels Order No. 7153 of the State Commission for the Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine dated April 12, 2007, which previously approved regulations regarding the delegation of powers to self-regulatory organizations of non-state pension fund administrators. The Decision mandates the Department of Methodology of Regulation of Professional Market Participants to submit the Decision for state registration with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Administration for Administrative Activities to publish it on the Commission's official website. This Decision enters into force on the day following its official publication.
