The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to authorize the production of 1- and 2-dinar coins with specific physical and design standards. The regulation mandates that the coins be constructed from multilayered low carbon steel with copper and brass coatings, adhering to strict weight and diameter tolerances. It further defines the obverse motifs featuring national landmarks and the reverse displaying the Great Coat-of-Arms of the Republic of Serbia.
