Decision on the Limitation of Fees Charged for the Execution of Instant Credit Transfers
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro establishes a cap on fees for instant credit transfers with a value of up to EUR 200. Payers' payment service providers are prohibited from charging fees exceeding EUR 0.05 for electronically initiated transfers, while payees' providers must not charge more than the fee imposed on the payer. This Decision enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
