Pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 1, item 3) and Article 57а, paragraph 5 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (RS Official Gazette, Nos 72/2003, 55/2004, 85/2005 – other law, 44/2010, 76/2012, 106/2012, 14/2015, 40/2015 – CC decision and 44/2018), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues DECISION ON THE SALE OF NUMISMATIC MONEY WITH THE PORTRAIT OF NIKOLA TESLA IN 2021

  1. The numismatic money issued in accordance with the Decision on
    Issuance and Main Features of Numismatic Money with the Portrait of Nikola Tesla (RS Official Gazette, No 130/2021) shall be sold by the National Bank of Serbia to domestic and foreign natural and legal persons in the country directly, at the National Bank of Serbia head office in Belgrade and via its branch offices.
  2. The numismatic money referred to in Section 1 of this Decision shall
    be released for sale by the National Bank of Serbia on 31 December 2021.
  3. This decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication on the
    National Bank of Serbia’s website.
