Pursuant to Article 47 paragraph 1 item 6 of the Law on the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 158/2010, 123/12, 43/14, 153/15, 6/16 and 83/18 and Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 110/21) and Article 171 paragraph 3 of the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 90/22), the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia Council has adopted the following DECISION on the type, the manner of submission and the content of the reports on safeguarding of funds

III. TYPE AND MANNER OF SUBMISSION OF THE REPORTS
5. The institution shall prepare and submit to the National Bank a monthly
report on the manner of safeguarding of funds.
The report referred to in paragraph 1 of this item shall contain information on the amount of funds on a daily basis for each working day of the reporting month. The date of submission of the reports referred to in paragraph 1 of this item shall be fifteen working days from the expiration of the reporting month. On special request from the National Bank, the institution shall compile the report referred to in paragraph 1 of this item also as of another date and another deadline, different from the ones specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this item. The institution that is subject to consolidated supervision shall submit to the National Bank the reports referred to in paragraph 1 of this item on a consolidated basis and for every other institution that provides payment services and/or issue electronic money, according to the accounting balance on 30 June and 31 December, within fifteen days after the end of the reporting half-year.
6. The report referred to in item 5 of this Decision shall be submitted to the
National Bank electronically, in accordance with the by-law which regulates the connection with the information system of the National Bank.
7. The institution shall submit the first report for 2023 referred to in item 5 of
this Decision to the National Bank no later than 16 February 2023. IV.CLOSING PROVISIONS
8. This Decision shall enter into force on the eighth day from the day of its

Form for the funds deposited in the National in Bank and/or bank and/or savings house (OZP -1) Individual positions of the Form for the funds deposited in the National in Bank and/or bank and/or savings house (OZP-1) shall contain the following data:
1.1 “Ordinal number“ ‒ the order of the reporting dates;
1.2 “Date“ ‒ each day of the reporting period;
1.3 “Amount“ ‒ the amount of safeguard funds in denar thousand;
1.4 “Account balance“‒ the payment account balance in denar thousand that
is used for safeguard of funds for each day of the reporting period;
1.5 “Bank name“‒ the name of the bank where the institution deposited the
funds received by the payment service user;
1.6 “Payment account number“ ‒ the single identification mark for the
institutions’ payment account with the National Bank/or banks/or savings house;
“Total“ ‒ the sum of all data under rows “Amount” and “Account balance”.
If the institution performs safeguarding of funds for the same date at several banks simultaneously, the status of the payment accounts in each of those banks for that date individually shall be entered.
