Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 point 3 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 46/10) and in conjunction with Article 294 paragraph 3 of the Law on Enforcement and Securing of Claims (OGM 36/11), the Central Bank of Montenegro Council, at its meeting held on 27 February 2012, passed the following DECISION repealing the Decision on carrying out the enforcement collection from the judgment debtor’s account
Article 1
The Decision on carrying out the enforcement collection from the judgment debtor’s account (OGM 24/09, 15/11) shall be repealed as of 26 March 2012.
Article 2
