Declaration Determining that Properties Identified as Fraction A, Fraction B, and Fraction D Revert to the Federation's Patrimony
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares that three properties totaling 17,701.59 square meters located in Mexico City revert to the Federation's patrimony because the recipient entity, Servicios Metropolitanos S.A. de C.V., failed to use them for the authorized purpose. This reversal is based on a 1981 Presidential Decree and the recipient's explicit consent, allowing the Institute to bypass standard administrative recovery procedures. The declaration serves as the Federation's title of ownership and takes effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
