Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding the Federal Real Estate Identified
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares the real estate identified as "Nueva Jerusalem" (RFI 30-26713-7) in Tuxpan, Veracruz, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. This declaration renders the property inalienable, imprescriptible, and unseizable, confirming its status as federal property under the General Law of National Assets. The religious association "El Concilio Nacional de las Asambleas de Dios, A.R." is obligated to safeguard the property and collaborate with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit to obtain the corresponding judicial or administrative resolution. The declaration enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
