Declaration of Subjection to the Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding the Fraction of Land of the Indicated Federal Property
A 443,342.514 m² fraction of federal land located on the San Luis Potosí-Matehuala Highway (Km 26+120.00 to 29+400.00) in Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, San Luis Potosí, is subjected to the Federal Public Domain Regime. The land is deemed inalienable, imprescriptible, and unattachable, with the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation designated as its administrator while retained for public service use. The instrument mandates publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation and registration in the Public Registry of Federal Property, entering into force the day following publication on November 16, 2023.
