Declaration of Subjection to the Federal Public Domain Regime, regarding the indicated Federal Property (8-8929-1)
The declaration subjects the federal property identified by Federal Real Estate Registry No. 8-8929-1, known as "TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD" in Ascensión, Chihuahua, to the Federal Public Domain Regime. The property is declared inalienable, imprescriptible, and unattachable, and the Religious Association "The National Council of the Assemblies of God, A. R." is obligated to safeguard, conserve, maintain, and restore the property while assisting in necessary documentation.
