Declaration of Subjection to the Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding the Land Fractions of the Indicated Federal Property Folio DSRDPF/118/2023 to DSRDPF/178/2023
This declaration subjects 61 land fractions totaling 2,443,717.207 square meters along Federal Highway MEX-200 in Guerrero to the Federal Public Domain Regime, rendering them inalienable, imprescriptible, and unattachable. The Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport retains administration while using the land for public services, and the declaration must be registered in the Public Registry of Federal Property and local Property Registry. The instrument enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 11, 2023.
