Declaration of Subjection to the Public Domain Regime of the Federation Regarding the Land Fractions of the Indicated Federal Property
This declaration subjects 24 land fractions totaling 1,424,130.58 square meters along the Saltillo-Zacatecas-Ojocaliente Federal Highway in Saltillo, Coahuila, to the Public Domain Regime of the Federation. The Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport is designated as the administrator while the land remains in use, and the fractions are declared inalienable, imprescriptible, and unattachable. The instrument orders registration in the Public Registry of Federal Property and the local Public Registry, entering into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 7, 2023.
