Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime for Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 30-26695-3)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares the real estate known as "EL SHADAY" (R.F.I. 30-26695-3) in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime, rendering it inalienable, imprescriptible, and unseizable. The religious association "IGLESIA EVANGÉLICA PENTECOSTÉS INDEPENDIENTE GETHSEMANÍ" is obligated to safeguard, conserve, and maintain the property and cooperate with the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit to obtain the corresponding judicial or administrative resolution. This declaration takes effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
