Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding the Federal Real Estate Identified
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares the real estate known as "EL SHADAI" (RFI 9-71316-0) located in Iztapalapa, Mexico City, subject to the federal public domain regime. This declaration renders the property inalienable, imprescriptible, and unseizable, and obligates the religious association "El Concilio Nacional de las Asambleas de Dios, A. R." to safeguard the property and collaborate with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit to obtain the corresponding judicial or administrative resolution. The declaration takes effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
