Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding the Federal Real Estate Identified
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares that the real estate known as "Monte de los Olivos" (RFI 30-26723-5) in Veracruz is subject to the federal public domain regime, rendering it inalienable, imprescriptible, and unseizable. The religious association "El Concilio Nacional de las Asambleas de Dios, A.R." is obligated to safeguard the property and collaborate with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit to obtain the corresponding judicial or administrative resolution. The declaration takes effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
