Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding the Federal Real Estate Identified as R.F.I. 9-9455-4
This declaration subjects the federal real estate identified by Federal Real Estate Registry number 9-9455-4, located at Calle Rosal 27 in Tlalpan, Mexico City, to the Federal Public Domain Regime, rendering it inalienable, imprescriptible, and unseizable. The religious association "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Mexico" is obligated to safeguard, conserve, and maintain the property and assist the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in obtaining the corresponding judicial resolution or administrative declaration.
