Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding the Federal Real Estate Identified as R.F.I. 9-18810-4
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares the real estate identified by Federal Real Estate Registry number 9-18810-4, located in Xochimilco, Mexico City, to be subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. This designation renders the property inalienable, imprescriptible, and unseizable, while obligating the religious association "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Mexico" to conserve the property and assist the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in obtaining the corresponding judicial or administrative resolution. The declaration takes effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
