Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime regarding the land fractions of the federal property indicated (R.F.I. 24-9883-4)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares that 17 land fractions totaling 676,082.213 square meters along the MEX-085 highway in San Luis Potosí are subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime. These fractions are declared inalienable, imprescriptible, and unseizable, with the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport designated as their administrator while they remain in use. The declaration takes effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette and must be registered in the Federal and local Property Registries.
