Declarations of no-objection for group companies

DNB may jointly assess and issue Declarations of no-objection for group companies acquiring or increasing qualifying holdings in the same financial target enterprise, provided they are organizationally controlled by a single central managing entity. Applications are combined where possible, allowing references to common details such as a joint business plan from the top holding company. Any changes to the control chain, including transfers of indirect qualifying holdings or simplifications of the structure, must be reported in advance using the digital notification form, although such changes do not affect the legal validity of previously issued DNOs.
