Declaratory Determining Reversion to the Federal Estate of Real Estate Transferred to the Government of Mexico City
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares that 77 real estate properties previously transferred to the Government of Mexico City revert to the Federal Estate due to non-use for their intended public health purpose. The Government of Mexico City is obligated to cover any outstanding taxes, contributions, or service debts associated with these properties and to integrate the corresponding files. IMSS-BIENESTAR acknowledges the physical, legal, and administrative status of the properties and commits to utilizing them for the provision of free health services.
