Declaratory Determining Reversion to the Federal Estate of Real Estate Transferred to the Government of the State of Sinaloa
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares that 174 real estate properties previously transferred to the Government of the State of Sinaloa revert to the Federal Estate due to their lack of necessity for public health services under the new Health System for Wellbeing framework. The State of Sinaloa is obligated to cover any outstanding taxes, contributions, or service debts associated with these properties and to integrate the corresponding files. The Mexican Institute of Social Security for Wellbeing (IMSS-BIENESTAR) commits to utilizing these properties for the free provision of health services, while specific exclusions apply to properties in social ownership or those where the State has already obtained full title.
