The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares that 87 real estate properties previously transferred to the Government of the State of Quintana Roo revert to the Federal Estate due to the state's determination that they are no longer necessary for health services under the reformed General Health Law. The declaration excludes properties not listed in Annex 1, those in social ownership, and those where the state has obtained full title for transfer to IMSS-BIENESTAR. The State of Quintana Roo is obligated to settle any outstanding taxes or contributions and integrate the property files, while IMSS-BIENESTAR commits to utilizing the properties for free health services.
