Declaratory Establishing that the Federal Property Known as Ex Convent of Fray Juan de Sahagún Forms Part of the Federation's Assets
The Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, through the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, declares that the federal property known as Ex Convent of Fray Juan de Sahagún in Salamanca, Guanajuato, forms part of the Federation's assets. The declaration assigns specific portions of the 10,571.225 square meter property to the State Government of Guanajuato, the San Agustiniana Organization, and the Municipality of Salamanca for their respective uses, while establishing the document as the title of ownership for the Federal Government. The declaratory enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
