Decree abrogating the Law for the Cleaning and Liquidation of Accounts of the Federal Public Treasury, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 28, 1950
The Law for the Cleaning and Liquidation of Accounts of the Federal Public Treasury, published on December 28, 1950, is abrogated. The decree enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation. The General Congress of the United Mexican States decreed this action, and the President of the United Mexican States promulgated it on December 27, 2023.
