Decree Adding a Second Paragraph to Article 12 of the Federal Law of Parastatal Entities
This decree adds a second paragraph to Article 12 of the Federal Law of Parastatal Entities. The new provision allows the relationship referenced in said article to be disseminated in physical and digital media available to public administration agencies, in addition to publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation. The decree enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
