Decree adding provisions to the Internal Regulations of the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds
The decree amends the Internal Regulations of the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds to establish the supervisory and inspection powers of the General Directorate of Supervision of Insurance Funds over agricultural and rural insurance funds and integrating bodies. It delegates specific inspection and surveillance duties to the Insurance Funds Inspection Directorate and the Insurance Funds Surveillance Directorate, respectively, covering areas such as accounting, technical reserves, governance, and the use of support program resources. These provisions entered into force the day after publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 27, 2017.
