REPEALING DECREE NO. 99-749 OF SEPTEMBER 20, 1999 APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE BANKING AND FINANCIAL SUPERVISION COMMISSION (CSBF)
By Decree No. 2005-128 of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, dated March 8, 2005, Decree No. 99-749 of September 20, 1999 appointing members of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission (CSBF) is hereby repealed.
In application of Article 36 of Law No. 95-030 of February 22, 1996, in addition to the ex officio members, namely:
the following persons are appointed as members of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission for a term of three years:
All prior provisions contrary to this Decree are and remain repealed.
