Decree No. 2025-420 of 16 April 2025 on the Appointment of the Supervisory College of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission
The decree appoints four individuals to the Supervisory College of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission for a five-year term. Two members are appointed based on expertise in banking, finance, law, economics, audit, and accounting, while two others are appointed based on expertise in insurance and new information and communication technologies. The decree enters into force immediately upon publication via radio, television, or display.
