Decree of NBS No 9/2018 amending Decree No 18/2008 on bank liquidity
Národná banka Slovenska issued Decree No 9/2018 to amend Decree No 18/2008 regarding the liquidity of banks and branches of foreign banks. The regulation deletes specific definitions from Article 2 and removes Articles 13 to 13b along with associated footnotes from the original decree. This amendment entered into force on 1 October 2018.
