Resolution of Superintendent No. 111-2025-SMV/02 and Report No. 1286-2025-SMV/10.3; CONSIDERING:
That, article 3, numeral 8, of the Consolidated Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, establishes the power to intervene in premises where it is presumed that activities exclusive to persons authorized by the Securities Market Superintendence – SMV are being carried out without the aforementioned authorization and to proceed to the closure of their offices; That, article 4, numeral 2, of the "Norms for the repression of informal conduct in the securities market, products market and collective funds system", approved by SMV Resolution No. 030-2012-SMV/01 and its amendments, establish that the Securities Market Superintendence may order the closure of premises or offices where informal activities are presumed to be carried out; That, in accordance with what is provided in article 3, numeral 28, of the Consolidated Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, the Superintendent of the Securities Market may delegate any of its attributes to the officials or bodies it deems appropriate; That, Resolution of Superintendent No. 111-2025-SMV/02, ordered the closure of the offices located at Jirón Alegría Arias de Morey 150, district of Tarapoto, province and department of San Martín, in which the company Moshaquitos Tours E.I.R.L., its managing partner, Mrs. Marleni García Calle, and Mr. Yhan Carlos Pintado Alverca carry out informal activities in the collective funds system; That, article 2 of the resolution mentioned in the considering preceding, authorized the Deputy Superintendent of Prudential Supervision to that, on behalf of the Superintendent of the Securities Market, designate the officials who will be in charge of executing the measure mentioned in the considering above; and

Sole Article.- Designate the gentlemen Jorge Oswaldo Orbegoso Izquierdo and/or Jorge Daniel La Serna Felices and/or Jorge Luis Arroyo Quenta and/or Isel Olarte Camere and/or Julio César Pulido Hilares and/or Julio César Rubio Soria, officials of the Securities Market Superintendence, so that any of them, acting individually or jointly, executes the mandate of intervention and closure of the offices of the company Moshaquitos Tours E.I.R.L., located at Jirón Alegría Arias de Morey 150, district of Tarapoto, province and department of San Martín; ordered by Resolution of Superintendent No. 111-2025-SMV/02.
