Derogation of Applicable Regulations for the Production Development Bank
The Board of Directors of the Superintendence of Banks and Other Financial Institutions repealed six specific regulatory resolutions previously issued for Banco Produzcamos. These repealed norms covered the uniform chart of accounts, deposit and investment limits, prudential standards, internal control and audit, client delinquency publication, and external audit requirements. The resolution entered into force upon notification on August 23, 2018.
