Financial entities must apply the impairment model under IFRS 9 Point 5.5 using internal models compliant with the standard to all assets covered by the norm, with Group B entities permitted to spread the impact over five years. Regarding IAS 29 financial statement restatement, entities must use specific account codes for monetary results and perform monthly restatements using the National Consumer Price Index (INDEC) or the FACPCE index for older items. The transition date for these retroactive applications is January 1, 2019, although result distribution calculations must account for the total impact of credit losses and inflation adjustments.
