DFIM Circular Letter No. 04: Payment of salaries/allowances for the month of March/2025 to officers/employees of the finance companies.
The Department of Finance Institutions and Markets (DFIM) directs all finance companies operating in Bangladesh to pay salaries, allowances, and pensions for March 2025 to their officers, employees, and retired pensioners by March 23, 2025. This directive aligns with the Government of Bangladesh's decision to disburse salaries for government and semi-government employees on the same date in observance of Eid-ul-Fitr. The instruction is issued under the authority granted by Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.
