DFIM Circular Letter No. 07: Regarding 'Population and Housing census 2022'
The Department of Financial Institutions and Markets of Bangladesh Bank directs all financial institutions operating in Bangladesh to ensure active participation and provide necessary assistance for the successful implementation of the 'Population and Housing Census 2022'. This directive, issued under Section 18(c) of the Financial Institutions Act, 1993, requires institutions to facilitate the census activities conducted by the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics from June 15, 2022, to June 21, 2022.
