DFIM Circular Letter No. 08: Observing the National Mourning Day and the 43rd anniversary of martyrdom of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman with due respect
The Ministry of Finance's Financial Institutions Division directs all affiliated offices and institutions to organize activities such as discussion meetings, wearing black badges, and prayer gatherings to observe the National Mourning Day for the 43rd anniversary of the martyrdom of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Financial institutions are required to ensure employee attendance at national programs organized by district and upazila administrations and to coordinate their own schedules with the national agenda. A follow-up meeting is scheduled for the first or second week of August to review the detailed implementation plans submitted by these entities.
