This directive is issued under the authority granted by Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.

Dear Sir,

Regarding the instruction to keep offices open on Saturday, 17 May 2025, and Saturday, 24 May 2025, which are weekly off-days for official work, and the closure on Wednesday, 11 June 2025, and Thursday, 12 June 2025, which are public holidays, on the occasion of the upcoming holy Eid ul-Adha.

In accordance with the Memorandum No. 05.00.0000.173.08.006.23-252 (copy attached) dated 07 May 2025 of the Ministry of Public Administration, all business centers, branches, and booths of Finance Companies will remain closed on Wednesday, 11 June 2025, and Thursday, 12 June 2025, respectively, on the occasion of the upcoming holy Eid ul-Adha, and will remain open on Saturday, 17 May 2025, and Saturday, 24 May 2025, which are weekly off-days for official work.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023, the following instructions are hereby issued.
