Dear Sir,
Regarding the declaration of general holiday in the relevant electoral areas on June 5, 2024, on the occasion of the General Elections of 58 Upazila Parishads. In accordance with Notification Number-05.00.0000.173.08.020.24.65 dated May 27, 2024, of the Ministry of Public Administration (copy enclosed), all business centers, branches/booths of Finance Companies located in the relevant electoral areas shall remain closed on June 5, 2024, on the occasion of the General Elections of 58 Upazila Parishads.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Company Act, 2023, this instruction is hereby issued.
