Dear Sir,

Regarding the declaration of general holidays in the respective election areas on June 09, 2024, on the occasion of the General Election of 21 Upazila Parishads.

In accordance with Gazette Notification Number-05.00.0000.173.08.020.24-71 dated June 05, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Public Administration, all business centers, branches, and booths of finance companies located in the respective election areas will remain closed on June 09, 2024, on the occasion of the General Election of 21 Upazila Parishads (list attached).
This directive is issued under the powers conferred by Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Company Act, 2023.
