DFIM Circular Letter No. 29: Submission of Statement of Written-off Loans/Leases/Investments using BB Enterprise Data Warehouse Portal through Rationalized Input Template (RIT)
All finance companies operating in Bangladesh are directed to submit quarterly statements of written-off loans, leases, and investments via the Bangladesh Bank Enterprise Data Warehouse (EBDW) portal using the updated Rationalized Input Template (RIT) by the 10th day of the following month, effective from the December 2024 quarter. The RIT template has been updated with four new columns to facilitate the systematic processing of write-off data, and a sample completed template is attached for reference. All existing instructions regarding write-offs remain unchanged, and this directive is issued under Section 41 of the Finance Companies Act, 2023, taking immediate effect.
