Regarding the change of name of Finance Companies.

This is to inform you that the name of the finance company operating in Bangladesh, 'Islamic Finance and Investment Limited', has been changed to 'Islamic Finance and Investment PLC' (IFI PLC).

A copy of Notification No. DFIM(L)1053/83/2024-3546 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 20 Kartik 1431 / 05 November 2024 is enclosed herewith for your information and necessary action.
