Regarding the change of name of a Finance Company.

This is to inform you that the name of the Finance Company 'United Finance Limited' operating in Bangladesh has been changed to 'United Finance PLC' (hereinafter referred to as UFL).

In this regard, a copy of Notification No. DFIM(L)1053/11/2024-4125 issued by Bangladesh Bank on 30 Agrahayan 1431 / 15 December 2024 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
