DFIM Circular No. 02: Issuance of License to a New Financial Institution
The Bangladesh Bank has issued a financial institution license to Strategic Finance and Investments Limited, authorizing it to conduct business in Bangladesh under Section 4(1) of the Financial Institutions Act, 1993. The license, numbered DFIM(L)/41, was granted on 19 March 2020 (05 Chaitra 1426). This circular serves to inform all chief executives, managing directors, and scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh of this issuance.
